Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long do I need to book in advance?

Answer: The more time you leave in advance, the better. I can accommodate last minute bookings, but can’t always guarantee this.

Answer: Yes. All my booking are done at the location of your choice, I fully freelance. This includes any trial runs. I am willing to travel anywhere, however, if the distance takes more than 1hr 30mins travel time, an additional travel fee will be applied.

Q: Will you travel to me? How far are you willing to travel?

Answer: Simple answer is: it depends. Typically a glam can take anywhere between 45mins to 1hr. Heavier glams & larger groups will naturally take longer, so I would usually recommend a buffer time (that can be anywhere from 30 mins +), so that we don’t need to rush.

Q: How long do you take to do an appointment?

Answer: I’m not loyal to any brand, but certainly have my favourites. As an ex MAC girl, I do have a few MAC products. I am also a fan of Charlotte Tilbury, Made by Mitchell, Laura Mercier, Vieve, Bobbi Brown any many more. If you have any concerns over any product or brand, let me know before your appointment so I can accomodate.

Q: What brands do you use?

Answer: Prices start from £80, but they are all dependent on location, type of makeup service, length of time required. When you enquire, I will make sure to give you a full price breakdown. I do make deals for larger groups. The total price includes the service, travel and time.

Q: What are your prices? What am I paying for?

Answer: All types of makeup. I take bookings for any makeup occasion. Group bookings are encouraged, however, if there are more than 5 of you, an additional makeup artist may be needed.

Q: What kind of makeup jobs do you do? Do you do group bookings?

Answer: Yes. Any weddings require the price of the trial as a deposit, this is deposited once the trial is completed. The money is non-refundable should you cancel a booking.

Q: Do you require deposits?

Q: I don’t identify as a ciswoman, would you do my makeup?

Answer: YES! I pride myself as an inclusive makeup artist and I truly mean it. Anyone is welcome in my chair no matter race, age and gender. I do not tolerate any form of discrimination.

Answer: Life is full of surprises, so for whatever reason you need to cancel a booking, please do so as far in advance as possible. I will always check in a week in advance to make sure we are still going ahead. If you need to cancel 24 hrs before, you may be required to pay a travel and cancellation fee.

Q: If I need to cancel, how do I do it?

Answer: To book, please email. When contacting please include the date and type of booking, group size and any makeup inspo. I aim to respond asap from your booking inquiry, but it may take 2-3 business days. Once responded, I will send you a T&C page which would act as a contract between us.
